A little up today, but TOM arrived, so I was expecting more. Had a small cheat yesterday with a 2" square piece of pizza (thin crust chicken and spinach). I was hungry last night but kept it at one snack for the day. Still motivated and still feeling good!
175.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
