well, i finally did it! I convinced my fiance and my maid of honor/neighbor to get into the health kick and diet with me. my fiance and I decided that we are no longer fasting we have made a lifestyle change, no meat no wheat forever! (sorta, fish ok goat and sheeps milk ok) and my neighbor is going paleo. now where we live it's very close knit. my maid of honor is also my fiance's co-worker. at work they participated in a health challenge and it's all very scientific. they were literally hooked up to electrodes like some sort of alien abduction. the machine knew my fiance had to pee. their team is called "Team Feral Cat" they have chosen me as their leader and chef. "and then they made me their chief" so we eat together as much as possible and we all shop together and help each other pick the healthiest foods possible. and we started drinking lots of water. i'm looking forward to the next 2 months! =P
150.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
