I lost almost 2 lbs this week. Sometimes I got tempted to eat more than I should but I often was able to get back on track the next meal. I think I did pretty well. My seems to be getting used now on eating less than I used to.
145.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
