8.9 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)

I spent this day away from the computer and my kitchen scale. When I got home, I tried to recollect, as much as I could, what I ate, but there are still some minor things I must have forgotten.
130.1 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
