A 1 Kg weight loss for this week, not bad but this week hope to do better. I don't have my daughter so will get to exercise 3 Hours a day Mon-Fri and 1-2 Hours Sat & Sun, just have to keep an eye on my calorie intake which has been creeping up of late and that's the biggest downfall
220.0 lb Lost so far: 90.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
