OOOOOPPPPS. Had a weight gain. But I'm not worried, yet. I've been losing weight very quickly, and I know that multiple factors can cause gain. I feel heavier today too...and have felt relatively full most of the day, despite not eating much. I've read this is a side effect, where you don't really feel like eating. So, perhaps this will help me recover to the 161lb range. I'd love to be below 160 by Monday...and heading down the 150s next week. If I can get into the 140s by the time this phase of the diet is over, I will be ecstatic. Since I'm feeling full today, I think I will lift weights to try to do some toning.

Oh...and need to admit to two bloody mary's last night, and wine the night before. So, this gain could be attributed to that as well. Must stay away from the alcohol!!!

Now, on to projects!
163.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 12.6 lb a week
