Started working out on November 2nd, 2010 with a starting weight of 154 pounds. I have managed to make it to Jones Trail AND jog on the treadmill every day except Sunday which was my rest day.

No alcohol. Lots of water. Low carbs. Portion control and healthy food choices.
151.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
