I decided to open up my profile to viewing and comments. I am interested in the collective wisdom of this group. Anyone know what acceptable levels of sodium intake are? What are the consequences of too hig or low? How about net daily up or down calorie values? What does it mean in terms of weight loss? I previously thought I had gotten my digestion moving but I was wrong. The radical change in diet has thown things off. I took the same colon cleanse pills again this morning to encourage things to move. I am going to investigate salt intake amounts and see what is healthy. I am a little concerned that I am eating too much salt. Low cal can be low taste without salt. Moving forward.... not turning back.
