0.6 in 10 days, slow progress, but that's the best way. just limiting my intake and staying away from buying junk food in the house. if I want something I make sure during the day I've had low calorie meals. then I can enjoy still within my calorie budget.
153.4 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
