No change in weight today, but I think tomorrow may produce a large drop, at least another pound. I've decided I'm going to start workouts with this diet...about 15 min after dinner. I'm going to save a few pieces of meat and an apple as a post-workout snack. My workout goals for today:
1) Dips
2) Squats
3) Abs

Tomorrow: Pool workout!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
