My personal goal for the week is a good breaky.....
today was 1/2 cup portabella mushrooms with fresh thyme 1/4 cup egg whites and 1oz aged cheddar....small coffee and a large glass of water....
287.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
