Even though my weight hasn't changed I'm still losing inches..yesterday did 3 hours of exercise and intend to do at least 2 maybe 3 today.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hey Brenda, It's me Dona from HH. I just found fatsecret today and am getting rolling! Or unrolling as the case may be LOL! Is any of the other HH group here?

I think inches are better too. I think I should take my inches now so I can see the changes on paper. Atta girl, keep at it :)
