I think that late night snacks are my weakness. I tend to get hungry about 10:00pm and really crave something sweet. As a result I'll sometimes eat something that I shouldn't. That's my toughest time.

Any suggestions?
310.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I crave sweets at night too. I'll eat a bag of oreo crisps, 100 calorie pack and a tub of Hunt's fat free pudding, snack.
