Fasted with black coffee. Wasn't hungry until evening and a cup of chicken broth satisfied. Ate next this morning with cantaloupe which broke keto.
239.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 91.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
