For a change I can report a loss and hoping to get back on track with a weekly weigh-in. I know I need to do this and while progress may be slow, I know I can get there.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
