2531 kcal Fat: 89.77g | Prot: 112.50g | Carb: 334.35g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Sugar, Better Oats Steel Cut Maple & Brown Sugar,  Oranges . Lunch:  Water,  Gala Apples,  Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless) ,  Cooked Asparagus (Fat Added in Cooking). Dinner:  Apple Pie (Two Crust), Great Value Corn on The Cob,  Asparagus ,  Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese,  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat) . Snacks/Other:  Grapes, Cuties Mandarin Orange, Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies,  Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Publix Fruit on the Bottom Low Fat Yogurt - Strawberry Banana. more...
