One small step at a time. To some people one lb. per day is enormous. To me it is a minimum. I hope it keeps up. Bt we will see. I will stay faithful to my 1200 calories per day of intake and se what happens. Karen and I are planning to make and eat fudge when we hit our initial targets together.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
