I hadn't weighed myself in about 4 days and when I did it was 205, which was 1lb up from my lowest weight this time around, so I figured I'd ignore my weight for a few days until the holidays were definitely over and assumed I must have gained a few lbs. My grandma is is strict about her diet gained a few pounds, and lets face it - every time I saw chocolate this holiday, I ate it. Plus two turkey dinners.
So, 203.5 was a sweet surprise.
With that in mind, I think if I 'publicly' declare I'm trying for 190 by my birthday (01/14) maybe I'll be more motivated to do it. I'd settle for 198, actually - considering my last dip into 200 stopped at 199 and went back up, but 190 has been sort of a 'goal' with a reward included. My birthday coinciding would be cool.
