On Monday I started eating by the old WW menu plan for women. This is day 4. When I am tempted, I tell myself "Just do It!" So far it's working, thanks be to Almighty God.
217.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
