Well I'm still going up and down back up a half a pound today ugh... I was up at 7 and can't stop yawning... gotta go get blood drawn to make sure my white blood cell count is still coming down.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
