didn't sleep as long as I normally do today. not sure why but I woke up at 1:30 am feeling well rested and refreshed. Having my morning cup of coffee and trying to plan my meals for the day!
153.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
