doing pretty darn well thus far! I've got the day off and I will spend it cooking so we have pre-portioned meals for the week. I made oat-date bars which i had for breakfast, and lunch will be my tuna mac that i made last night. some of the oat-date bars turned into granola which he prefers. today i'm making red potato salad and we are having salmon burgers with it. i was thinking maybe salsa on top but not totally sure yet. I don't really know what would go on salmon burgers. *shrugs* I guess I'll have to look it up.
152.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
