The first day (yesterday) I did not eat all my calories. I'm not worried about that at this point. It will be more important later when I am closer to my target. Right now I have plenty of nutritional reserves and I am taking Mona Vie Active juice as a supplement.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
