well, we are back on our fast as of tomorrow. no meat no wheat. we were slacking this past week, we had "a lot on our plates" as it were. i am going to try and track everything but it's kinda hard because i make a lot of my meals from scratch and i hate having to enter everything in for a correct calorie count.
155.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
