Halloween weekend equals bad. we went to food heavy events on Friday.and Saturday and then gave out Halloween candy on Sunday. back on track starting now.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
