Been standing a lot lately. Eating lots of protein foods too. trying to burn fat that way as well as eating smaller portions.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
