No swim last night, but got my five miles in and then some. Hauled a lot of boxes and luggage and stuff. Sitting outside on the deck and there's a woodpecker in my jacaranda, which is probably not a good sign for the tree, but he's cool to see. Not close enough for a picture, and... back to the original subject, blob down, muscle holding, done with pizza for awhile, put the last bits in the freezer for safe keeping.

Weird food day, yesterday, no damage, but I need my veggies. I feel their absence. I have an absolutely gorgeous tomato that I'm going to use today and not as slices on pizza, although I could steal the top of a pizza slice and make a chicken cacciatore of sorts without the pasta. I need a break on bread, maybe some spaghetti squash instead.

Today, we work on house and yard. I'm not living is squalor, but the tide could turn at any moment, I swear. Definitely going to walk dogs today, they're easier to manage when they get outside. Hair is good for me wearing it up in a pony all day yesterday. I will do a snap later. Stuff to do now, enjoy the day.

Edit for forgetting to reset weight before hitting save but here we are so whatever. I'll get it right tomorrow.
