TODAY I'm weighing 9 stone 8 .5 ! and I ate like a glutteny pig!
but Im going to detox again cos I know Im loosing it again! over eating.x
I 'll cut back my stomach will shrink and Ill not be able to eat as much
plus I know Im gaining when my thighs touch at the top! lol
plus Ive bougt some expensive fatcream! called nip + fab tummy fix gonna use this so I ve gotta be a good girl no point in wasting the money I paid for it!
134.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
