HOLIDAY SURVIVAL CHALLENGE - Final Week!!

I can't believe I only gain 1.5 lbs this last week!!! I love it!! I am totally happy with that. I thought I would at least put on 4 lbs. I feel good about it and am ready to move on! I'm sure that the new water pill had something to do with keeping my weight down. But I'm not going to over-analyze this. One more week to go and I'll feel like I'm in the clear.

This week I'm going to order the part for my treadmill that I need. I am determined to begin a regular exercise routine on January 2nd. 5-6 days a week I will exercise for 20 minutes a day for two weeks. I will increase it after that.

My parents told me that they want to both start on strict Atkins after New Years is over. My dad wants to take off some weight and even though my mom usually eats what I do, she hasn't been following very well since the beginning of November. So that will help me tremendously on the diet front. Since I do most of the cooking for them and everyone is eating the same, it will be really easy for meals and for having things in the house. I don't know why, but that bread in the bread drawer still really bugs me. Nothing else does...just that soft wheat bread...just waiting to be made into toast....mmmmm...toast....

244.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
