I know it is just 1 day but I drank 9 glasses of water yesterday and I exercised for an hour yesterday. That is what I did today but I worked out 1 hour on the Wii Fit and 45 minutes with Leslie Sansone's 3 mile walk. I am getting this off! I am sitting here eating my oatmeal and I am ready to get this weight off!
