A bit tired... I ate well, slept well, exercised.... could it be the age? I'm "no spring chicken", but I think I'm still young at 36! LOL Anyway, I'm going to whine about something else: I feel a tightness in my back. Yesterday, after my 1 usual hr. on the eliptical, I did just the arms, chest and abs with increased weights, and really increased lbs. with the abs. machine. Before I used to do 50 lbs, yesterday, after "analyzing" the picture on the machine (LOL) to see exactly which muscles it works, I pushed 90 Lbs. 15 reps. A short while after I left the gym I felt pain in my entire body and my lower back was killing me! I think I used my back too when I pushed those 90 lbs... not to mention how many extra pounds of fat on top of my abs! It's OK, I don't feel too bad now. On a pozitive note, I'm down on poundage. ... And now... confession time... lol lol ... after dinner, last night, (I ate at some friends' house), I stopped for gas and I bought and inhaled one of those chello's cherry chocolate. ONE! It was good, I know it's no more than 100 cals, but I am afraid of sugar ... so I won't crave food. I feel OK today. LOL LOL LOL I feel happier by the second... I used to inhale an entire box of chocolates, or an entire cake... now ONE was enough! But I won't do it again.. I don't really need it, nor crave it, as long as I have some sweet fruit in my diet I don't crave sugar. OMG! I love this site with the cals!!! It's easy math to loose weight: cals in vs. cals out! WOW .. now I crave something else... WOW WOW WOW!!! I crave the eliptical! I love the smooth, circular movement and how I feel while and after I do it! :)
287.6 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 157.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
