Surprised about how much weight I have dropped since I began. I was hoping for about 1/2 a lb per week and it is looking more like 1 lb per week on this diet.

5:2 is difficult 2 days a week, but easier than constantly recording foods, and checking myself. I've been eating rather off on my unlimited eating days, and think I want to get back to eating good foods like lentils, grains and veggies on these days instead of hot dogs, chips and cookies (like I did today).

By the way I appreciate food SO much more on my fast days - I think I respect it more too.

132.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
