Big dinner with 🍷 last night and a loaded piece of pizza. The steep rise in sodium and carbs is definitely reflecting today. No regrets though....I was rather weak yesterday and actually didn’t have much of an appetite. I made myself eat more calorie dense foods and enjoyed the evening meal with family.
165.4 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
