Yesterday, I had a big get-together at the house, so I overindulged a bit. I am going to use about 16 flex points for this, though, so everything is just fine.

I need to learn to curb my sugar cravings a little more. I had like 2-3 cupcakes.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
