Cals in... cals out... I still have a bunch of new lifestyle diet food and medifast diet food... yeah, I attempted to do new lifestyle, but I couldn't, I did medifast for 8 months, lost more than 100 lbs. but it all came back as soon as I started to binge on junk. I have to pretend that new lifestyle ( or medifast ) is healthy food, because I can not go to buy food right now. I have some discomfort in my legs, I think I overdid it with working out yesterday... not only 1 hr. on the eliptical... slow, slow.. the way I go ... lol (just to burn calories), but in the evening, I had my last session with the trainer which I decided not to loose (I lost 3 out of 8 pre-paid sessions). So I went... so he "killed me" again. He started me on the eliptical, cardio program for 10 min, he said not to let it go below 100 strides... OMG! I almost passed out! (my pulse was 159 or 169? and my heart was "flickering" last night, but I feel OK now. My back is tight (I did the torso exercises a bit too much).... OUCH!!!! Exercise should not be this painful.. or should it? Nah.. "take it easy" for an hour on the eliptical still burns about 600 cals at my weight, plus the 1 set of 10 reps. on most of the machines with low weights makes me feel good! so YUK!! YUK YUK YUK!!! The trainer said every day... or every week? (I can't recall, I was still dizzy from the eliptical cardio) I should work hard just one muscle group... I guess he means I should hurt just parts of my body. YUK again. OK, I'm done complaining. :) I'll wake up as soon as I finish my black coffee... :)
289.8 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 159.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
