Haha, I guess you’re right Melissa! I haven’t changed it since I realized I like being under 115. If I touch 120 it’s time to turn it around😆

Thanks Wiggy! It’s a struggle to stay in maintenance sometimes and not fall back into unhealthy habits, but it’s always worth the effort.
