Yesterday I overate (more than 1,000 cals extra), but I exercised 2 extra hours! ... hmmm.. it should have been a "caloric wash"... ok, today I've had a much better day, let's see what the scale says tomorrow :)
292.6 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 162.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
