1050 kcal Fat: 54.48g | Prot: 56.69g | Carb: 90.81g.   Breakfast: Red Raspberries, OWYN Dark Chocolate Protein Shake. Lunch:  Asparagus ,  Fried Egg , Trader Joe's Quinoa Cowboy Veggie Burger. Dinner:  Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types) , Kirkland Signature Frozen Shrimp, Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing, Calavo Avocado, Private Selection Marinated Artichoke Hearts,  Cucumber (with Peel) . Snacks/Other:  Peach, Pirate's Booty Baked Rice and Corn Puffs - Aged White Cheddar. more...
