Back on Medifast 100% October 25 and lost 2 lbs in 3 days!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1026 kcal Fat: 27.91g | Prot: 97.43g | Carb: 103.72g.   Breakfast: Hearty Peach Oatmeal, Soy Milk with Omega-3 DHA, Organic Raw Blue Agave Syrup, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: sugar packet, coffee, medifast shake. Dinner: pickle relish , zucchini, cucumber, tuna canned. Snacks/Other: snickers fun size, Caramel Crunch Meal Bar. more...
