I think the gain of .4 lbs is water due to weight lifting which I haven't done in a while.
I know that when I suddenly lift weights or heavier weights, I retain water for a day or two and then it just falls off right away. I love how I know my body so well by now:)
Can't wait for it to fall off after today:)
