I don't know why I went up... or maybe I never lost that much weight (10 lbs in a week??... nah... just water loss, or less food quantity)... so I'm OK. I did eat 2 reuben sandwiches for dinner last night (home made, not what I recorded), but still, I did not exactly measure everything I put on the rye/pump bread (I made each of the sandwiches with 1 thin slice of baby swiss cheese, 3 thin slices of pastrami, a bit of thousand island dressing and some sourkraut). Anyway... I'll have to measure better today, to make sure I don't go over the 1,200 alloted cals.
