Several things were taking place this weekend that became a hinderance to eating better. One, I was gone to a workshop in the cities so was traveling and eating out, the second was that my son had his 2nd birthday party and there was a lot of awesome food and I ate too much of it. It was great and I had a lot of fun but the scale showed it after the weekend. I have one more week of the Snap Challenge and have been doing very well, I just need to keep up the intensity a bit to finish strong.
