Now we’re talking!!!!
Took awhile but now my body is responding to diet changes.
Have only been drinking only water for 4.5 weeks now.
Have not had Chocolate for 2 weeks and 2 days.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
