So this weekend I had off friday and saturday from counting and exercise just not enough time and I knew I would be going out lots. And yesterday i was back to things I ate about 200 of my exercise calories but i got to the gym and I am what I was last friday before I went off. So at least no gain.

I am still waiting for my TOM I don't like being his late I have taken a test and no babeh. I will take another one on friday if I am still not seeing red. I know I have PCOS And I am taking into account that my cycles are sometimes longer. on average 35 days according to this app I have been using the past few months. This summer though I was 4 weeks apart last month it was a 38 day cycle but right now i am at day 42. So.. I just hope I don't have to take this med they give me. Technically you are fine not having your period for a couple few months but I just like knowing I am "normal." Normally, if I am getting enough activity in and not over eating my cycle gets more normal. So we will see.

This makes me happy. I am kind of stressed over personal life with family/friends/boyfriend lately and would love to crawl in a hole and just live in my world and avoid all latley but snow will make it all acceptable. I just wish I had money for new snow boots. Maybe I will get lucky like I did last year and find some that fit nice for cheap, and are cute and all :)
287.6 lb Lost so far: 51.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
