yes! I lost Finally. I'm a loser, lol. I need to get over the counting carb thing. A bunch of my carbs are fruit, which is not bad.

I made a fruit salad for a snack today. Trying to beat my normal bad habit weekends. Wish me luck!
237.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
