Happy to be down another pound 2 days in a row after 8 days of no loss...woo hoo. What have I done different? cut back on Atkins bars and shakes, drank more broth, made Muffins in a Minute..
222.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

One of my Buddies here told me to cut back the Atkins bars and shakes... what a Difference! I dropped 5.5 lbs in a 2 week period where as before I was stalling out and going back up the scale. WaHOOooOooo for You!! Congratz!! ~Mouse PS: Also, since I quit eating them, my 'system' quit getting stuck as well. LOL
