我決定要開始吃慢一點了😞先從改善吃飯速度開始吧😅😅大概是吃太快,所以就吃太多🤔️🤔️🤔️

吃慢ㄧ點嚼20下,真的會吃的少ㄧ點,因爲很快胃就感覺到飽了~我試過~因爲我吃東西也很快😆😆😆

我也是吃飯很快,不過我開始一口咬20~30下後真的吃的速度變慢,但慢慢的我覺得吃飯好累喔!吃好久都吃不完的感覺有點快厭食😱😱😱😓😓😓現在速度又變快了不過太快時,還是會警惕一下放慢速度多咬幾下😅😅😅
