I weighed myself again today and now I'm down to 164.6 from 169.2 since Tuesday. This is just great for me because I have started a dozen times in the last 2 months and I can never just stick with it. It also frustrates me because all I did was confirm everything I've known for years but have a hard time keeping with and that is, tracking and planning is the key. I have written everything down here or on paper and have planned all my meals.
I have an event Saturday so that have been keeping me motivated and I'm pretty sure I'll use most my extra 49 pt for the week, but I also have plenty of exercise planned. Right now, all is good.
