holding steady, need to get back to the gym, started the 100 pushups routine earlier this week, need to improve my form, so might repeat week 1 to do that. it's supposed to be a 6wk plan, though at least one person close to my age indicated they needed to repeat weeks b/c of slow progress.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
