Around three years ago I was so enthusiastic about losing weight and I went from 90 kgs to 76 kgs. I sort of lost my motivation since then and stopped monitoring what I eat. My weight have more or less been stable around 80 Kgs but I still need to work hard to achieve my original goal of 69 Kgs. Wish me luck
176.4 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
